Q: How will I receive a confirmation about my appointment?
A: If you have not received a confirmation of your appointment after 8 hours, please continue to be patient. A confirmation will reach you shortly, because confirmations are only sent out on Fridays and Mondays and on the day before your scheduled appointment. Please refrain from double booking and do check your spam mail it may have arrived there!

Q: How do I cancel my appointment?
A: If you would like to cancel your appointment, please send us an e-mail with your appointment confirmation attached and we will cancel your appointment promptly.

Q: Can I bring my family members?
A: You are welcome to register your family members, who are exclusively over 18 years old.

Q: I have some questions regarding my current health situation with respect to the booster vaccination. Who should I contact?
A: For health questions, please contact your primary care physician in advance. If you have symptoms of infection, please inform us and cancel your appointment by sending an email to impfung@epo-impfung.heliosarbeitsmedizin.de
